Short and in plain English: what this website is, how booking with us works, and what we can and cannot promise.
BestHotelPai is operated by VISION X BRAIN CO., LTD, which manages and markets the guesthouses listed here in Pai, Mae Hong Son, Thailand. Using this website means you accept these terms.
It shows our properties, live nightly rates and guides to Pai, and lets you send a direct booking enquiry. Sending an enquiry is not a confirmed booking — a stay is confirmed only when we reply and confirm it with you directly.
Rates shown are live from our booking system and can change until a booking is confirmed. We try hard to keep prices, photos and descriptions accurate, but obvious errors (for example a rate published at the wrong figure) do not oblige us to honour them. Photos of rooms and properties are real; some scenery images in our Pai guides are illustrations, and we label that in the footer.
Deposit, payment method and the cancellation window are confirmed in writing with each booking, because they differ by property and season. Whatever we confirm to you in writing is what applies to your stay.
Give accurate booking details, respect the property and neighbours, and follow Thai law and each property's house rules. Thai law requires us to record the passport details of foreign guests on arrival.
Text, photos and design here belong to us or our licensors. You may share links freely. Do not republish our photos or copy the site's content for a competing listing without written permission.
Some pages link to booking platforms, maps or guides run by others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or terms.
We provide this website as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site, or for travel disruption outside our control (weather, road closures, transport strikes). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
