We run a handful of small guesthouses in Pai. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and how to get it removed.
This site is operated by VISION X BRAIN CO., LTD, which manages and markets the guesthouses listed on BestHotelPai in Pai, Mae Hong Son, Thailand. You can reach us any time on WhatsApp (+66 99 926 5639) or by email at info@visionxbrain.com.
When you send an enquiry or booking request. Your name, the contact details you give us (WhatsApp number or email), your travel dates, guest count and anything you write in the message. We need these to answer you and hold a room.
When you browse. Pages visited, approximate referring source, and the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) in the link you arrived from. This tells us which post or channel sent you here so we know what is worth doing again. It is stored in your browser — the first-touch source for up to 90 days in local storage, the most recent source for the current session only — and sent to our own server. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Analytics.If enabled, Google Analytics collects standard usage data (pages, device type, coarse location) under Google's own privacy terms.
We do not collect payment card details on this website.
To reply to your enquiry and arrange your stay; to run and improve the website; and to understand which marketing channels bring guests. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Only the services that make the site work: our hosting provider, our messaging channel (WhatsApp, operated by Meta), and analytics if enabled. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. Property staff see your booking details in order to host you.
We publish our own promotional photos and videos to our own accounts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok through those platforms' official APIs. This publishing tool only posts content we created about our own properties. It does not read, collect or store personal data about the people who view, like or comment on those posts, beyond replying to comments that ask us about rates and availability.
Enquiry and booking records: up to 3 years, so we can recognise returning guests and meet accounting requirements. Browsing and campaign data: up to 90 days. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you — message us on WhatsApp or email info@visionxbrain.com and we will action it within 30 days. You can also clear the campaign data yourself by clearing your browser storage for this site, and block analytics with any standard browser setting or extension.
This site is meant for adults booking travel. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
