“The best choice in Pai”
I've run a few Airbnbs myself, and this is the best choice for accommodation in Pai. The cleanliness, facilities, beautiful garden and location are all top-notch — very close to downtown, yet calm and quiet, with great privacy and a comfortable sleep. Highly recommend.

“Great for families, easy by car”
A lovely place with a friendly, responsive host. There's a big backyard; it's a little outside the centre but very convenient if you come by car. Two bedrooms, well suited to a family with children — clean and just what we needed. Downstairs is fan-cooled. Recommended.

We stayed to celebrate my birthday and had a lovely time. The host was fantastic — friendly, responsive and helpful — and the house is beautiful, just like the photos, surrounded by a lovely garden.

“Beautiful house — and a friendly cow!”
We (four of us) spent three days in this beautiful house just outside Pai — a few minutes by scooter, or about 20 on foot. We loved the occasional visit from the neighbouring cow in the garden. You can tell the host has a lot of fun decorating — a lovely atmosphere. Thank you!

The bedrooms are air-conditioned; downstairs is fan-cooled with insect-screen windows, and there are fans throughout.
Self check-in via a lockbox — we send simple instructions in advance. Late check-out is possible with a little notice.
The villa isn't suitable for children under 12, and pets aren't allowed — it helps keep the place calm and well-kept.
A short walk to the night market — about 20 minutes on foot, or a few minutes by scooter — with secure private parking if you drive.
